In the Clear module, we take a deep dive into what it means to recognize areas in your life that need to get clear(er), and ways to stay clear(er).
This applies to our internal environments – our thoughts, ideas, feelings, and how we want to communicate, as well as to our external environments – our space or surroundings, and our interactions – meaning how we do communicate.
Clear is a way to think, to do, and to be.
Clear is designed to lay the groundwork for you to work at your own speed. You are encouraged to take your time with this process and repeat it as needed depending on your chosen area of focus.
In class one we’ll examine what this module is all about with an overview, a practice for centering body, mind, and breath, we’ll clarify an area of focus, and begin our query process.
In class two we’ll explore the themes on a deeper level by continuing our query process, and offering more practices for centering body, mind, and breath.
In class three we’ll complete our query process, discover how it all comes together, and close with a final clearing meditation.
